I have a new class
I am so excited to announce that I will be teaching at Sukha Yoga. The studio opens this Sunday and you should go check it out. It is a beautiful space right in the heart of the 78704, and has a beautifully curated list of teachers. It’s going to be great, hope to see you there soon.

Off to have a baby
Hi friends, just wanted to let you know that I will not be teaching for the next few months so that I can spend some special time with my baby girl who will be arriving shortly. I hope to return to my teaching schedule mid- late May. Check back then. I look forward to seeing you again soon!

Subbing Lunch-Hour Hot Vinyasa April/ May at YCA
I am so excited to announce that I will be subbing the MWF 1:15- 2:00 Lunch-Hour Hot Vinyasa class at Yoga Con Amor for all of you who want to take a little creative lunch break. I will start this Friday, April 5th, and sub through May 8th. Come one come all!
